Commercial Litigation

My commercial litigation experience includes prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving a variety of issues. I have experience with the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, litigation by and between businesses; trust litigation; will contests; and, oil and gas litigation. Because of my experience in commercial litigation, I am more knowledgeable about the nuances of property issues which may arise in complex property divorce cases. While my primary practice focus is in the area of family law, I also enjoy commercial litigation, as well.
